I'm Ivette Flower

I am a keynote speaker, trainer, and coach to individuals and teams. I am a certified Leadership Coach with the International Coaching Federation as well as a Positive Intelligence Coach. 

I founded iFlower Solutions after 20 years of sales experience. As a top producing senior sales executive in Business-to-Business sales I thrived. During this time, I was ranked within the top 5% nationally and regionally in sales within the tradeshow and pharmaceutical industries. I earned a 6-figure income working part-time. But it came at a price.

In my early 40s, I found myself hooked up to wires to see what medical mystery was keeping me from sleeping and experiencing memory loss. The diagnosis from two Doctors was that I was experiencing burnout. After making lifestyle changes and working on a better work-life flow I continued to meet and exceed sales goals.

I help organizations, entrepreneurs and sales executives reduce self-sabotage, avoid burnout, and level-up their work performance. My clients get more done in 12 weeks than most do in 12 months!
